In your own words
This is the part that matters. Write like you'd tell a mate over the fence — rough is fine, we won't tidy your voice out of it.
A break-in nearby, dodgy old cameras, a new build or renovation, kids or parents home alone, packages going missing — whatever actually made you pick up the phone.
What we did that the others didn't — turning up when we said we would, explaining it in plain English, what we recommended, not trying to sell you more than you needed. If it came down to price, say so.
Anything you can actually point to — something you caught on camera, sleeping better when you're away, checking on the kids or the dog, knowing who's at the door before you open it.
Names welcome. Small things count — boots off at the door, tidying up, explaining it twice without sighing.
